This evidence-informed program helps you understand how worry and overthinking are maintained and teaches practical strategies to step out of these cycles
Suitable for people who:
Constantly overthink conversations and decisions
Struggle to switch off at night
Feel mentally exhausted from worrying
Repeatedly analyse past events
Experience anxiety driven by "what if" thinking
Feel stuck in their own head

Initial clinical assessment and formulation
Six structured treatment sessions
Practical between-session exercises
Personalised strategies tailored to your situation
Outcome monitoring throughout treatment
Medicare rebates available with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan
