This evidence-informed program helps you understand how worry and overthinking are maintained and teaches practical strategies to step out of these cycles

Suitable for people who:

  • Constantly overthink conversations and decisions

  • Struggle to switch off at night

  • Feel mentally exhausted from worrying

  • Repeatedly analyse past events

  • Experience anxiety driven by "what if" thinking

  • Feel stuck in their own head

Program includes:

  • Initial clinical assessment and formulation

  • Six structured treatment sessions

  • Practical between-session exercises

  • Personalised strategies tailored to your situation

  • Outcome monitoring throughout treatment
